The city of Garges-lès-Gonesse had the ambition to enrich its public facilities with a new cultural centre in keeping with the image of a young and artistically creative city that it wishes to promote.
The work brings together the various disciplines that make up the city’s cultural landscape and that are currently scattered throughout the city. The aim was to stimulate transversality between the arts and to encourage the opening up of culture from the new centre in Garges-lès-Gonesse.

The project is organised around the Lino Ventura space and includes a 250-seat auditorium, a 200-seat cinema, a conservatory and a media library in the optional phase, organised around a generous, luminous and crossing reception area. The copper cladding unifies the whole and gives it a unique and ambitious character.
